The Park City Office currently has 25 plus agents. It opened in fall of 2005 and was later completely remodeled in an open contemporary yet mountain/rustic style. In addition to servicing Park City, we have satellite offices at Kimball Junction and Coalville to better serve your regional needs. Each agent has their own private office and access to everything they need to meet their clients needs.
Once an old west mining town, Park City is celebrated today as one of the premier recreational destinations in the world. From its beautiful mountain setting, Park City offers world class sports and culture.

Natural Paradise: For Part-Timers and Full-Timers Alike
With nearly three times as many second homes as compared to primary homes, Park City attracts the second home buyer looking for the perfect winter/summer getaway. But, with such a high vacancy rate, it is more attractive for those who want to use their vacation home more consistently rather than for the investor who wants to generate only rental income. Many vacation home owners benefit from having access to the resorts while spending far less money on housing costs.
While at the same time, a percentage of the population commutes to Salt Lake City. They, like the others, are drawn to the natural living and a better quality of life. Park City residents are proud of their natural environment, and have become great hospitality hosts culminating in hosting thousands of international visitors to the Winter Olympics in addition to the yearly Sundance Film Festival.
